Do you store my text or my files?
Text you paste into the humanizer is processed in memory and discarded after the
request — we don't keep it. A PowerPoint or Word file is held only long enough to
build your download, then dropped 15 minutes after it's ready. A document you
upload for a paid Turnitin scan has to be stored so we can run the scan and
send you the reports; those files are deleted seven days after the order is
completed.
Do I need to verify my email to sign up?
Yes — when you register with an email and password we send a 6-digit code to confirm
it's really you. Signing in with Google skips this step, since Google already
verified your email.
Which browsers are supported?
Any modern browser — Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, and mobile browsers. Internet
Explorer is not supported.

How many words do I get for free?
150 words, once. They come with your account and they don't reset each day —
once they're gone, a month gives you 10,000 more.
Is there a limit on one humanize?
500 words per run on the free words, and 1,000 with a
month. Longer text goes through in a few runs, or
upload it as a Word document instead.
Can I get British spelling?
Yes. The two flags beside Input set the spelling of the output —
colour or color, organise or organize. It applies to
the humanizer, Go Green, PowerPoint and Word, and your choice is remembered.
What do the green, yellow, and red colors mean?
After humanizing, each sentence is color-coded by how human it reads: green
is human, yellow is borderline, and red still looks AI.
What is “Go Green”?
It re-rewrites only the sentences still flagged yellow or red, until they read as
human, they stop improving, or a safe limit is reached. With a
month, Go Green is free and never touches your
10,000 words. On the free 150 words it costs words like any other rewrite.
I humanized my text, but it's still flagged as AI. Why?
Some sentences are tougher than others. Run Go Green to re-pass the ones still
highlighted, or humanize again to explore different phrasings. No humanizer can
guarantee a particular detector score — detectors change their models regularly, and
results vary by text.
Does it change my facts, names, or numbers?
It aims to keep your meaning. It will not introduce new names or numbers — if a
sentence can't be rewritten faithfully, it's left as you wrote it.
Who can use the PowerPoint and Word humanizers?
Both need a month, because each one rewrites a whole
file in one go. Members get 3 decks and 3 documents a day, up to
10,000 words per file.
Do files use my 10,000 words?
Yes. A deck or a document costs the number of words in it, out of the same
10,000 the text humanizer spends. If a file fails, or you close the page
before it finishes, the words go straight back.
Does my formatting survive?
Yes. You get your own file back — slides, headings, tables, images and layout stay
where they were. Only the wording changes.
How long does a file take?
It depends on the length: a short deck is about a minute, a long Word document can
take several. Keep the tab open while it runs — the download appears on the page as
soon as it's ready.
Is this a real Turnitin report?
Yes. Your file is run on real Turnitin by our team, and you get the full
report back — both the AI and similarity percentages, as downloadable
PDFs that keep your formatting and figures.
What does a scan cost, and how long does it take?
3 KWD per scan, with results back within 6 hours. They appear under
My scans on the Turnitin page, and you can message the team about an order
from there.
Does a scan expire?
No. A scan you've bought sits on your account until you use it — buy one now, submit
whenever.
Do I need a membership to buy a scan?
No. Scans are sold one at a time and work on any account, with or without a
month.
Which files can I submit?
.doc, .docx, .ppt, .pptx and .pdf.
What does a month include?
9.5 KWD for 30 days and 10,000 words, with Go Green free on top and the
Word and PowerPoint humanizers unlocked. See the plans page for the full

Does it renew automatically?
Yes. A month renews every 30 days — another 10,000 words and another
30 days — until you cancel it. Renewals stack on what you already have, so
a renewal never costs you words or days you'd paid for.
How do I cancel?
Open the plans page and press Cancel renewal under
the month. You keep every day and every word you've already paid for — cancelling
only stops the next charge. Nothing is refunded.
What if I run out before the month is over?
Buying again stacks. The new 10,000 words are added to whatever is left, and
the 30 days are added to your current end date — nothing is lost.
How do I pay?
KNET, Visa, Mastercard or Apple Pay, through MyFatoorah. Prices are in Kuwaiti
