Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: September 1, 2026

This policy sets out what B7oothKw (the "Service") is for and what it may not be used for. It forms part of our Terms of Service, and using the Service means you agree to follow it.

1. What the Service is for

B7oothKw is a writing-improvement tool. Give it text you wrote, or that you otherwise have the right to edit — a rough draft, a translation, a first pass from an AI assistant — and it rewrites the wording: sentence rhythm, repetition, awkward phrasing, stiff constructions, padding. It does the same inside a Word document or a PowerPoint deck, and it can narrate a deck for you.

It is an editing aid. It does not do your thinking, your research or your analysis, it does not check facts, and it does not judge whether a piece of writing is accurate, appropriate or permitted where you plan to use it. That stays with you.

2. What you may do

Use the Service on text and files you own or are authorised to edit. For example:

  • tighten your own drafts, notes, assignments, reports and study material;
  • make business writing readable — emails, proposals, documentation, memos;
  • polish a presentation you are giving, and narrate it;
  • smooth English you translated, or wrote as a second language, so it reads fluently;
  • clean up an AI-generated first draft before you review it, check it and take responsibility for it;
  • order a Turnitin scan on your own work to see what it reports before you submit.

In every case the finished work is still yours to check and to stand behind.

3. What you may not do

Do not use the Service:

  • To misrepresent authorship where that is not allowed — submitting output as your own original work in any setting whose rules forbid it, including coursework, exams, applications and publications where AI assistance or outside editing is restricted or must be disclosed.
  • To breach an academic-integrity policy. Schools, universities and certifying bodies set their own rules on AI help. Breaking those rules breaks this policy.
  • To deceive anyone — no impersonation, fake reviews, fabricated credentials, news or documents, phishing or fraud.
  • To break the law, or to produce or spread unlawful content: defamation, harassment, hate speech, material that sexualises minors, or anything infringing another person's copyright, trademark, privacy or confidence.
  • On work you have no right to process — someone else's confidential, proprietary or personal material, without their permission. This includes uploading another student's paper for a scan.
  • To breach someone else's terms — another platform's, publisher's, employer's or vendor's.
  • To abuse the Service technically — scraping, scripted access, sharing or reselling accounts, evading word, file or rate limits, reverse-engineering, or anything that degrades the Service for others.
  • To resell or white-label the Service or its output as your own product without a written agreement with us.

4. The rules that apply to you are yours to check

Institutions, employers and clients take very different positions on AI assistance: some allow it, some allow it with disclosure, some forbid it. We cannot know which applies to you.

Read the policy that governs your work before you submit anything — your academic-integrity code, your employer's handbook, your publisher's guidelines — and follow it. If it says to disclose the use of an editing or AI tool, disclose it. If you are unsure, ask your instructor, supervisor or editor first.

Students: when in doubt, ask first. A short question to your instructor costs nothing; an integrity finding is expensive. Nothing on this site is permission to break your institution's rules.

5. No guarantees about detection tools

AI-writing and similarity detectors, Turnitin included, are run by third parties. They change without notice and are well documented to flag writing that was entirely human.

We make no promise or prediction about what any detector will report about any text, before or after it passes through the Service. Do not use the Service expecting a particular score, and do not treat a detector's verdict as evidence that your use complies with your institution's rules. Third-party names on this site are used only to describe or compare; they imply no affiliation or endorsement, and all trademarks belong to their owners.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you submit; we claim none. You confirm you have the right to submit it and that doing so breaches nobody's rights and no duty of confidence you owe. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Reporting a problem

If you think someone is using the Service in breach of this policy — including infringing your copyright or misusing your personal information — contact us through the Support page with enough detail for us to investigate. We review every report.

8. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected breaches and respond as we think appropriate: a warning, limited or removed access to features, rate-limiting, or suspending or closing an account. Serious or repeated breaches, and any use that exposes us or other users to legal risk, may end an account immediately and without notice. Where the law requires it we may report unlawful activity to the authorities. Termination for a breach does not entitle you to a refund beyond what our Refund Policy and the law provide.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the Service and the surrounding rules change. The date above shows the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.

10. Contact

Unsure whether your intended use is allowed? Ask us on the Support page, or WhatsApp us on 55495757 — we would rather answer the question than enforce the rule.
